SUMMARY
The end result of this training is significantly increased capabilities
for both you as a person and as a professional.
These increased capabilities will come through a new awareness,
understanding, and knowledge of the intricacies behind choices,
including your own, and your ability to work with others in
light of these intricacies. All of the intricacies you will
learn come from interactions between intrinsic, extrinsic, and
systemic valuing. You will learn they have names and
definitions, and can be measured, viewed, and utilized for the
benefit of people.
Though you will work with the measurements during this training,
first your own and then those of two others, you will also begin
to integrate knowledge of these intricacies without the
measurements. Your skills for working with people in the context
of I>E>S will improve significantly and you'll see concepts such
as "resistance to change" in new light through the clarity of
seeing the details.
Complex math is behind these intricacies but you don't have to
know the math to gain the skills or experience the benefits. As
you might already know, simplistic math is behind a focus on
what is merely apparent. Is it any wonder, then, that complex
math is behind compassion and understanding? This is something
you’ll almost certainly experience for yourself during this
training.
This is for you, whether you coach, work in an organization, are
a business owner or entrepreneur, lead organizational programs
and initiatives, or just want the personal benefits of this
training.
In addition to the skills, this training will also certify you
to work with these measurements on your own. You will be able
to use them in your coaching, your business, or in your
organization, and consider applications that extend from serving
one person, a group of people, to serving an organization,
including in disease management, return to work, team and
leadership development, hiring, and identification of stress,
risk, and engagement.
FORMAT
This 36 hour training meets over a 12 week timeframe. It meets
four hours a week, once a week for the first six weeks and two
hours a week, once a week, for the second six weeks.
You do not have to be present for all sessions. Video
recordings are made available after each session.
The first six weeks are didactic and you will learn on
your own profile of your own I, E, and S thinking. During these
first six weeks there is a one hour break in the middle.
The second six weeks are application focused and you will
